Delete your account and data
You can delete your account yourself at any time: in the app, open Settings and scroll to Delete account at the bottom. Once you confirm, your account is scheduled for deletion and you are signed out.
This deletes your account, your birth data, all people and connections you created, your readings, Luna conversations, settings and notifications. Payment records are kept only as long as legal retention rules require, without any link to your deleted profile.
You do not have to delete the whole account: individual data can be removed directly in the app. Delete people and connections in the respective area (love, family, friends), Luna conversations via the trash icon in the conversation list, and what Luna has remembered via the book icon in the chat header.
If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address linked to your account at the address below with the subject Delete account. We confirm the deletion within 30 days.
